Children everywhere love to visit a farm; there are so many wonderful things to see there, usually including a number of different farm animals. Of course, as Harey the hare-brained rabbit discovers in this story, a farm is a workplace where one needs to be extra careful when visiting. The eleven safety lessons identified by Safety Educator Alyssa Kelly include: 1. Never climb on top of tall fences. 2. Watch where you're going! You never want to fall into a dangerous place. 3. Always wash your hands before eating or drinking something. 4. Never climb through dangerous fences. 5. Never go into fields where there are animals that may harm you. 6. Watch out for all moving vehicles. 7. Never open or drink from containers that may have dangerous chemicals. 8. Never climb on unsafe stacks of hay or straw. 9. Never climb a ladder without adult supervision. 10. Never touch electric wires. 11. Never enter a farm structure without knowing what's inside. 2010 PI 26 min.
