This program introduces viewers to one of the most successful costume designers in the theatrical and television businesses, the multiple Emmy award-winning costume designer Robert Blackman, who at present holds the position of costume designer for Enterprise, the most recent of the Star Trek series. Here Mr. Blackman first describes the differences in designing costumes for television and the theater; then, during a colorful modeling session, he comments on the many costumes he has designed for the various Star Trek series.
