Many of Africa's wild animals are threatened with extinction and groups of people through authorized organizations are working together to try to avoid that catastrophe. Celebrities Robert Duvall, Paul Sorvino, Alan Thicke, Patrick Macnee and Robert Vaughn are "into" Africa - figuratively and literally. This high-spirited documentary recounts their incredible journey into Southern Africa with the sole purpose of helping raise awareness to hopefully save these animals for future generations. The focus is on wildlife exploration, while observing Africa's vast array of culture, and highlights of their journey include: Timbavati, Sabi Sabi and Kagga Kamma Reserves; the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre and its work with Cheetahs; Shakaland; Heia Safari Ranch; DeBeers Diamond Mine; Highgate Ostrich Show Farm; Palace of the Lost City; Pilanesberg National Park; also they share highlights to stops in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban.
