There is a lot of speculation as to where the idiom "close your eyes and think of England" originated; some credit England's Queen Victoria, others Lady Alice Hillingdon. Over the years it has universally come to refer to unwanted sex in a humorous way, and it's the perfect title for this program, which adds a twist to the phrase by trying to characterize modern-day womanhood.
