The Republic of Albania is located in the western part of the Balkan Peninsula, northeast of Greece, bordering the Adriatic and Ionian Seas. This program is an opportunity for children to learn of a country long isolated from the rest of the world. Here they meet Albanian Gypsy children, Mandi, 8, and Akili, 7, who love to play chess and ride horses. 07DR PIJ 30 min.

Australia
Children will love visiting the island continent of Australia. First, they journey into the outback country and meet real Aborigines, as well as wildlife, such as kangaroos and koala bears. Next they visit the homes of Bradley, 12, and Grant, 10, see how they live and learn of their favorite snack, Vegemite. Estonia
Just east of Russia, Estonia is a Baltic Republic that has experienced difficult times, but whose people are working hard to improve their way of life. Here we meet Tanel, 12, and Mikael, 11, who love to sing, draw cartoons, act, fish, and drive a tractor. Then we travel to the mysterious ancient capital of Tallinn, a preserved medieval city with narrow winding streets, cobbled pavement and towering ramparts. 07DR PIJ 30 min.

Fiji
Travel to the South Pacific and to learn of the tropical island-nation of Fiji, a country of 300 islands filled with giant mountains and tiny atolls. In a Fijian village we meet children helping their parents plant, harvest and cook cassava, preparing for the traditional Meke dance; also, with Ellen, 14, and James, 12, we learn of other Fijian traditions, such as fire walking, and discover what Fijian schools are like. 07DR PIJ 30 min.

Finland
Here we discover what life in a Scandinavian country is really like. First, Tiia, 10, helps us discover an authentic Finnish sauna and explores country life on a farm with all its animals; next and twins, Kira and Kristian, 7, visit an exciting amusement park; then go ice skating, play hockey and visit a popular water park. 07DR PIJ 30 min.

Hong Kong
Hong Kong, is an island-city and since 1997 a special region of China. It is one of Asia's most important and busy cities. In this program children are introduced to Yvonne, 14, who shows them how to write Chinese characters and to sing and dance the traditional Chinese way. Italy

Mexico
Children will love this visit to America's neighbor to the south, Mexico. Here they meet Victor, 9, and Rebecca, 8, and see what their life is like in a small coastal town; also they get to experience a Mexican Mardi Gras. Norway
A Scandinavian treat; first, in Bergen, we meet Sigbjorn, 11, who shows us how to grow potatoes; then, in Lillehammer, Bjarte, 12, and Kristin, 11, visit Family Park, where Norwegian trolls are frozen into stone; next, we visit an open-air museum featuring farm life, travel to see Norway's magnificent fjords, and learn of the children's past-times. 07DR PIJ 30 min.

Puerto Rico
A visit to the Caribbean and in Puerto Rico we are introduced to girls in school who are taught basic electricity and woodworking skills. USA
Children in America are into a variety of things. Morgan is only 7, but already a Tae Kwon Do master for his age group.
